Grand Leaf brace back chair with rush seat

I previously posted inquiry regarding 1920's-1930s Grand Leaf brace back chair with rush seat. After extensive research I have been unable to find much info on it. Someone previously gave me link to the Grand Rapids Herald, which had picture of exact chair. This is only picture I have found of chair. Is it rare? What is the value?
